The next chapter of Milk is still in the works.

For those of you who have wandered to this journal wondering what's taking me so long (though it's only been three day, I predict I'll take over a week to get something done), it might be a while before I start on the next page.  I don't wanna completely wing it like I did the first chapter LAWL. I have a rough outline of what's going to happen, but, other than that, I've only made three very temporary thumbnails. I've also been experimenting with certain proportions. Hopefully the proportion guidelines I use will stabilize my style. It's probably a bit difficult to read something that always seems to be changing, but, at the same time, I'm afraid of stagnation. I guess I always want to try something different on each page. Though my curiosity isn't the whole reason there's so much inconsistency hehe;; I sometimes forget what I did on the last page too.

In the end, I want a style that's rather flexible but still moe, LMAO.

Hallo! I'm about 50% done with page 28! I intend to start on page 29 as soon as I finish too. Page 30 will follow immediately after it. My goal is to build up a bit of a buffer so I can sufficiently plan out the next chapter.

This time, the aim is around 20 pages. To be honest, I haven't completed the next chapter's plot AHAHAHA; but I have a general idea and a few things written down. I suppose I could combine them somehow and make something work out.

Also, I need to re-download some tones and stuff. I have a feeling the first few pages are going to be kinda rough. The toning will probably be very simple, though, so I'm hoping it won't be too much of a struggle. The hardest part for me will probably be just finding tones and installing them LAWL.

Hi everyone! I am currently working on pg. 26. It sure has been a while. . . 3 months in fact! 8D

Please don't hate me LAWL. I get down easily so for a while I was actually considering quitting, but I'll keep on trucking.
My friend told me I overwork myself during school time so I should relax as much as possible during the summer. Of course, I didn't hold back much ROFL As a result, I've become something of a bum again. Ah well!

Anywho, about pg. 26, I'm worried that the feel/pace of it is different, but I probably need to change my pace anyway. I really like those "slice-of-life" series that most people find boring, but the development in Milk! is a little too s-l-o-w. It could just be that I'm not producing pages fast enough though ahaha;;

I originally intended for it to be a short oneshot, but, considering the lack of story planning, I don't know what I was thinking. I hope to still keep it fairly short. If it were an anime, it'd only be 12-14 episodes. . . probably. THAT WOULD BE MY IDEAL.

There are still maybe four more characters to introduce (five if you include Abbi LMAO). Ahh, I'm getting too chatty.

SO The page might be a little cluttered since it's only been forever, but I hope you'll find it funny :D It should be finished before the end of today.

I seem to have developed the terrible habit of disappearing for quite a while, whether it be real life or internet. I'm a hermit at heart or something. Although the cause of my real life disappearance was Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition (a good reason IMO because it's very fun), I've been quite a flake to my friends ahaha; I hope they don't hate me by now 8'D

Sorry for the lack of Milk. Been going through a crisis with it lately. It's like, I don't know what to do anymore haha.

A few days ago, my friends told me they wanted to go biking on Saturday, and, of course, I agreed since it seemed like it would be fun. Due to lack of a car big enough to hold my bike, we had to transport my bike to my friend's house on Friday. It's quite a few miles away. One of my friends called shotgun so I had to ride in the back. Unfortunately for me, my friend borrowed her brother's car, therefore there were baby car seats in the back. I had no choice but to sit in one. What turned out to be mildly surprising was that fact that I fit in one. Yes, a 19 year old girl, who can fit rather comfortably in a small child's booster seat, does in fact exist.

I can't believe it's March already, holy crap. Where did February go? For some reason, I don't remember much of it rofl. I seem to be really bad at maintaining consistent journals. I already forgot to write an entry for February on my DA. Ah well, maybe I can make it so that I update my journal every other month? LAWL Okay, maybe I'm targeting the wrong problem. Anywho, this journal will be March's entry!

Hmm, there's not much for me to say that's terribly interesting. I've been doodling little by little, but I've gone some weeks without drawing at all. The weeks with a lack of practice always set me back by a lot /sob I can't bring myself to focus on drawing when I have exams or papers looming over the horizon. I guess I'm too used to separating school work and fun(?), haha; yeah, I should change that.
